Alefhost.com is a subsidiary of Ecohosts.com, an internationally located web hosting company. The founders of this company worked for the leading high tech companies in the IT industry prior to starting their web hosting presence.
 
The company's strategy calls for slow but steady growth, to ensure that all support and infrastructure issues remain manageable.  

Due to recent changes both in our customer base and infrastructure capabilities,  we have recently embarked on an international marketing campaign, with the aim to substantially expand our service. Our overriding concern is to still be responsive to our customers by providing real-time reliable support.

Our company was established in 2002, and we are in for the "long haul". While we usually attempt to take a long term view of issues surrounding the web  hosting industry, we do realize that the industry is currently going through a "tzunami" of structural changes. 

Web hosts are expected to provide more value added services than in the past.  We rely on our customers' feedback to guide us concerning their needs, and we of course follow the industry to keep an eye on our competition.
